Solution 1: Reset the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file
1.Be sure that you are logged in as the Windows administrator on your computer.
2.Click the Windows Start button and choose Run.
3.In the Open field, enter the appropriate command for your version of QuickBooks:
QuickBooks 2011

Windows 7 or Vista: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v6.0
Windows XP: C\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v6.0
